Daydreaming about summer while supposed to be studying, I got to be carried away… I will spend the first days of my summer holidays roadtripping to the beach of Sète, in the South of France, for Worldwide Festival. Then I fly home to get a day of rest and then I’m off to my next stop: Dour festival! Of course I have to prepare well for these nine days of music, friends and laughter, so I gathered my festival essential: light and comfortable clothes, glasses and a hat to protect me from the sun, a camera to document all the fun, a backpack to keep all my stuff and comfortable shoes. I’m ready! Are you?

Unfortunately it was a limited edition car, so it’s become a collector’s item, I doubt I’ll ever be driving this baby (maybe I should try getting my driver’s license first, that could help). I’ve started a small collection over the past months. Some of these cameras I’ve had for a few years already, but recently I’ve been expanding my collection. Here’s an overview of what I’ve gathered so far!
Polaroid impulse AF, second hand (via kapaza). Works just fine!
Yashica ME-35, belonged to my grandmother’s steph-father (which makes him… my steph-greatgrandfather?). I’ve had this one since I was a kid, but only recently I started using it again. Pictures aren’t always as sharp as I’d hope, but it works. Maybe I’ll just need to experiment a little more with it!
ISO-RAPID 1, thrifted. Unfortunately film for this one isn’t produced any more.
Dacora digna, belonged to my grandparents. This should work with 120mm film, but I haven’t tried it yet.
Kodak Instamatic 224, belonged to my grandparents. Film isn’t produced anymore, but it still looks pretty on my shelve.
