One and Three Chairs is a conceptual work of art by Joseph Kosuth, made in 1965. It consists out of a chair, a photograph of this chair and an enlarged dictionary definition of the word ‘chair’. The installer is supposed to follow Kosuth’s instructions, and choose a chair, place it before the wall, take a photograph of the chair and put a life-sized print of this photo next to the chair, changing the work every time it is installed in a new venue.

1. ‘They draw and travel‘, a site where artists from all over the world upload illustrative maps of their favorite cities. I can spend hours browsing their archives. I wish I was this talented, I would make a map each time I visited a city. (By the way, there is also a ‘they draw and cook‘, which is equally amazing!)

I’m done with interior design and photography deadlines, but the next 5 weeks will be spent behind my books, studying for my exams. I’ll try to update regularly though, once in a while I need a break after all! Luckily I have something to look forward too, as I’m going to Morocco for a week when I’m done with my exams. Should be good! (And warm… Yay.)
This photo was taken in my city Leuven, somebody is decorating the city with happy confetti smiles, which cheers me up every time I cross it. I’ll try to document as many smiles as possible!
